Additional Indestructible Information

Nearly a decade after the release of their groundbreaking debut, The Sickness, Disturbed have become one of the most respected bands in the hard-rock universe thanks not only to pummeling riffs and jackhammer beats but passionate insights into our troubled times. Three platinum-plus albums—Believe and Ten Thousand Fists charted #1—have led to Indestructible, the group’s darkest, angriest outing yet.

What Customers Say About Indestructible:

Indestructible seems to combine the best of everything that has made Disturbed what they are today: brutal guitar solos (best evidenced on "Torn" and "The Night"), complex drumlines (especially on "Haunted" and "Criminal") and David's penchant for delving deep into the dark reaches of ourselves, while still making it entertaining (see "Inside the Fire" and "Facade").Personally, I would recommend every song off of Indestructible, but especially my favorite track from the album, "Haunted". Rather, Disturbed seems to have crafted their newest album specifically for their fans, including songs that they were positive would garner the most positive reactions from their fans. a form of "social vampirism," as David puts it). I can see how they would think that, though, seeing as Disturbed did go on a five-year hiatus from the time Ten Thousand Fists released up until the debut of their new album. Disturbed is back in town- and here's hoping we won't have to wait another five years for them to release their next album. And let me tell you, it worked.

Plus, it's just an overall awesome song.So move over, The Sickness. And here, some Disturbed fans thought that the band had forgotten about them. It would appear, though, that David and the Disturbed gang have most definitely not forgotten about their fans, the Disturbed Ones. It's one of the rare tracks in metal today that doesn't seem to be made as a possible radio hit, but just as a way of commenting on an issue that the artist deems important (i.e.

WMG has sever issues with fair use and youtube and as such WMG should be boycotted unless you want that chip in your skull so you can view copy righted media legally.Big media needs to be destroyed, buy used.

never listened to their other cd's. so after buying this and listening to it it, i bought all disturbed cd's

The Sickness is Disturbed's weakest album to me, though no Disturbed album is bad by no means. I am glad to see the guitar work improving. It is not quite as good as 10000 fists, but it is good. The sound is fantastic. I noticed some people here are a little dissapointed with this album. I can say I am not. The vocals are still strong.

While the Sickness will always be my favorite since it was the first i heard, Indestructible is an amazing combination of emotion and Powerful music. Criminal is by far my favorite song on the cd, but it's probably because I'm in Constant excruciating pain, and i can relate to the idea of wanting the pain to end, even if it means i have to die.all in all, this cd was incredibly powerful. it was all about how 'rockin' it was. 'Criminal' and 'Inside the fire' seem to throw this fact out there the most. Davids voice is incredible, I love that fine line he balances between Rough and Melodic. It isn't more one way than the other, rather a perfect balance. how awesome. Most of the songs influenced by.we'll call it a Rough Patch in Davids life.

Business as Usual for Disturbed. If you've never heard Disturbed before, this is a band you have to hear. I read through pages of Reviews, and no one seemed to 'get' the cd. music lovers threw in their descriptions of how the music builds, but no one seemed to pay attention to the Lyrics. This CD was a Dark one. you feel what they want you to feel, and you feel it powerfully.
